With winter’s chill quickly coming, learn ways to
reduce your electric bill and improve the environment by conserving
electric use at your home and business. Learn how to get ready now for
energy savings year-round.
Attend the Tri-Lakes Energy Expo on Saturday,
September 17, in Saranac Lake. It is sponsored by the New York Power
Authority; Niagara Mohawk, a National Grid Company, and New York Energy
Smart, a joint initiative of the New York State Energy Research and
Development Authority and the New York State Public Service Commission.
The Expo will provide information on energy
conservation services and products, and low-cost funding opportunities
for Tri-Lakes’ homeowners and small businesses (public and private).
Learn from professionals and vendors covering a range of topics
including home and business energy audits, lighting, appliances,
insulation, heating and much more.
