Al Schriver, regional manager, Northern New York, New York Power Authority (NYPA) will be joined by Liz Phillips, mayor, Village of Waddington, and other local officials to formally dedicate the newly renovated facilities for Whittaker Park on Friday, August 19 at Whittaker Park in the Village of Waddington.
