FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WHITE PLAINS—The Economic Development Power Allocation Board (“EDPAB”) will hold a meeting via video-conferencing  in the Executive Conference Room on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2005, at 10 a.m. at the New York Power Authority offices, 123 Main Street, White Plains, N.Y.

Consistent with the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the video-conferencing locations, provided that advance notice of such attendance is submitted.
