WHITE PLAINS—The Economic Development Power Allocation Board (“EDPAB”) will hold a meeting via video-conferencing on Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2004, at 10 a.m. at the New York Power Authority offices, 501 Seventh Avenue, 9th Floor, New York, NY.

Consistent with the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the video-conferencing locations, provided that advance notice of such attendance is submitted.
