FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WHITE PLAINS—The New York State Economic Development Power Allocation Board (EDPAB) will meet via video-conferencing on Tuesday, May 25, 2004, at 10 a.m.

Consistent with Sections 104 (4) of the Open Meetings Law, members of the public have the right to attend the meeting at any of the video-conferencing locations, provided that advance notice of such attendance is submitted.
