ALBANY—New York Power Authority Trustees, previously scheduled to meet in White Plains next Tuesday, will meet in Albany at 11 a.m., Tuesday,  Jan. 28, 2003.

The meeting will be held at the Power Authority’s Albany offices at 30 South Pearl Street, 10th floor.
