ALBANY—The New York State Economic Development Power Allocation Board (EDPAB) will meet on Monday, Oct. 28, 2002, at 12:30 p.m.

The meeting will be held via video conferencing. Consistent with the state’s Open Meetings Law, the public may attend the meeting at any of the video conferencing locations, provided that advance notice of such attendance is submitted.
