NEW YORK—New York Power Authority Trustees will meet at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2002, at the Power Authority’s New York City offices, 501 Seventh Ave., ninth floor.

The meeting had previously been scheduled for 11 a.m. at the Power Authority’s White Plains offices.
