This is a pie chart showing the uses of revenues for the 2012 budget year, in millions.  Purchased Power is $825.8 or 29% of the total budget.  Contributions to the State are $85.0 or 3% of the total budget.  Fuel Oil and Gas is $329.5 or 12% of the total budget.  Wheeling Expenses are $610.2 or 21% of the total budget.  O&M Expenses are $359.2 or 13% of the total budget.  The O&M Expenses category includes the Astoria Energy facility lease payment of $25.8 less the Allocation to Capital of $11.7.  Depreciation and Amortization is $222.2 or 8% of the total budget.  Interest Expense is $195.1 or 7% of the total budget.  Other Expenses are $194.3 or 7% of the total budget.
