Programmer Analyst III

Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Product Support group in providing programming support for the SAP R/3 and ESS environments; interfacing between the Information Technology department and the SAP user community; understanding user requests and using programs or configuration efforts to handling problems; providing support in the maintenance of a test environment to help to create test scenarios as well as SAP custom generated reports; assisting with training activities; and acting as a back-up to other support team members.

Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Math or a related field, along with at least 2-3 years of experience. Competence in the development and maintenance of SAP ABAP and SAP JAVA, preferably in a Windows/Oracle environment is necessary. Knowledge of SAP CCS is a plus. The ability to grasp and perform analysis of complex issues, make recommendations while maintaining perspective of corporate goals and handle both customer and internal executive requests is a must. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written & oral communication and skills are required. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and the use of personal computers in a LAN environment is essential.
