Summary:                                  The plant is designed to produce 55 million gallons per year of ethanol for use as an automotive fuel additive. The plant would also produce 175,000 tons/year of distillers’ grain for livestock feed and 125,000 tons of carbon dioxide for the beverage industries and other industrial use.  Eighty percent of the facility’s output would be sold in New York State.
