Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced significant energy efficiency initiatives completed by the New York Power Authority in 2011. They include energy efficient lighting improvements at the Westchester County Center in White Plains, as part of a $3.8 million upgrade to the facility that also included the replacement of boilers, air-conditioning units, and an entirely new chiller system with ice storage.
