MINEOLA, NY - Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano and New York Power Authority President and Chief Executive Officer Richard M. Kessel will announce a partnership to save taxpayer money by lowering energy costs through energy efficiency and clean energy projects on Thursday, March 11, 2010.  Featured as part of this agreement will be the installation of a solar photovoltaic project at the Nassau County Public Safety Center.
