NYPA Issues Call For Craft Vendors and Local
Artisans For the First North Country Crafters Extravaganza

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
MASSENA – The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is
seeking crafters and local artisans for its new summer craft and
entertainment event scheduled for Sat., July 11, from 10 a.m. to 5
p.m., at the St. Lawrence-Franklin D. Roosevelt Power Project’s
Frank S. McCullough, Jr. Visitors Center and Boat Launch in Massena.
The North Country Crafters Extravaganza will
feature items for sale, demonstrations, food and entertainment
throughout the day. In conjunction with the Extravaganza, NYPA will
also sponsor an Energy Fair, at the visitors center, featuring
displays and information from a variety of energy-related
organizations and businesses.
Free tent-covered booths will be available on the
grounds of the visitors center. Booth space is limited, and vendors
are encouraged to reserve their space early. Space will also be
available on the visitor center grounds for vendors who would like
to set up their own tents.
