At the direction of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, government officials participated in a news conference on Monday, Oct. 29, on the storm preparedness measures in Schoharie County for Hurricane Sandy.  From left, Congressman Paul Tonko, Gil C. Quiniones, president and CEO of the New York Power Authority (NYPA), Assemblyman Pete Lopez, and State Senator James Seward.  The press briefing was held at NYPA's Blenheim-Gilboa Visitors Center in North Blenheim.
