Internships
We have a number of different internship opportunities available throughout the year at our offices and facilities around the state. Some of these positions are seasonal; some are administrative. Requirements and responsibilities vary from job-to-job and site-to-site.
We also have a Developmental Internship Program that offers high-performing college students in certain fields
of study a solid foundation for their careers, with critical
job experience. As a developmental intern, you will carryout specific duties and responsibilities while
receiving a substantial amount of supervision in department and corporate procedures under the
guidance of an assigned mentor.
Third-year college students with a minimum 3.0 GPA are eligible to apply for developmental internships
NYPA-wide in the following areas:
- Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, financial)
- Finance
- Accounting
- Economics
