			Who We Are Here at the New York Power Authority, we are proud to be America's largest state public power organization. What We Do At NYPA we provide some of the lowest-cost electricity in New York State, operating 17 generating facilities and more than 1,400 circuit-miles of transmission lines. What We Believe Our mission is to provide clean, economical and reliable energy consistent with our commitment and reliable energy efficiency and innovation for the benefit of our customers and all New Yorkers.
